Great Wall

There were many other depictions of historical sites that were visited by George Vanderbilt. I'll have to do some more research to identify the other sites I photographed here.
The Great Wall is one of the wonders of the world, but it didn't work to protect China in the 14th and 15th Centuries, and walls won't work to protect us now.
