Chester, SC. 2025
Chester, SC is the county seat for Chester County and was established about 1785. It developed as a leading trading center for the surrounding farming community and saw rapid growth when the first railroad came through in 1851.
I see the Court House is well decorated to celebrate the 4th of July.
