Waxhaw, NC 2025
All water around my neighborhood eventually finds its way into Twelve Mile Creek and then the Catawba River. I think small streams like this result from run-off from the developments around this area and probably weren't here before development. Even these small streams can change the natural landscape.
This stream seems to have cut a steep bank which might indicate it has been there a long time? But I'm not sure of that. Water always finds a way to run down hill.
