This appears to be some original buildings that might have sat on this property before the developers came in. I'm not sure, however.  You can see a water wheel in the shot below.  They sit at an entrance to a pretty exclusive community having large houses on big lots.  They could've been part of the original property then moved to his location. 

You can see the water wheel in this shot, but there doesn't appear to be any water source.  

 

Community Well

This is a restored reproduction of a community well that originally located a little east of this current location.  The well was in use into the 1920's.  Can you imagine having to come to a community well for your water?
