Drainage Pond
Our community is still very much under construction, with completion scheduled for sometime in 2023. The reddish brown color of the storm drainage pond is typical of the soil/clay of this region.

Carolina Thread Trail

There are over 300 miles of trails and 170 miles of blueway open to the public – linking people to places, and communities to each other. The Thread Trail preserves our natural areas and is a place for recreation, transportation and conservation. Town Creek Park
This park is located right outside the community in which I live. It offers playground for the kids and some nice walking trails.

Community House
The subdivision in which I live is nearing completion. There are about a dozen houses entering into the final phases of construction. This is our community house, which is not quite ready for use yet. I expect to see some landscaping soon.

Catawba Monument
The Catawba were the Native Americans who inhabited the areas around Fort Mill, SC. They are remembered here for fighting alongside the settlers of this region in both the Revolutionary War and the Civil War.
