Eventually, we'll be living in Waxhaw, NC, which is about 20-25 miles outside of Charlotte. We do spend quite a bit of time in Waxhaw, since that's where the grandkids are! In the meantime, we're renting a small apartment in a very nice area of Charlotte. This complex is next to where we're living. I haven't ventured into downtown Charlotte yet.

Spirit Rock
Waxhaw, NC 2022
Here is Colin's "spirit rock" in celebration of his 9th birthday. I've seen a number of these rocks outside of school throughout the Charlotte area. For a fee, a local artist will paint the rock, usually with birthday announcements, for all to see. That is until the next birthday celebration comes along.
