This restored train depot now houses the Matthews Chamber of Commerce and a small museum documenting the impact the railroad had on this suburb of Charlotte.

My grand daughter turned 7 last week and celebrated the event by inviting 20 of her closest friends to a nearby ranch for horseback riding.  She looks like a natural on horseback
